FIRST MOBILITY SPAIN: 23RD-28TH NOVEMBER

First mobility took place in Spain. We have known the participants of each country and we shared our experiencies as teachers. The time we spent together was great in order to get to know each other, explain our aims, clear our doubts, and especially “to start working in the same way”. The following explains all the activities and the work programme we followed in Spain:

§  The most important thing is showing something about our Spanish culture and customs and our school, in order to set our starting point. The whole group visited the city of Málaga, so they could get a sense of the way we live.

§  Later we visited the Chaparral Primary school and Claveles Nursery school, showing the way we work, the building, our children, and staff. At school we discussed and decided the main aspects of our Comenius project:

• EXPLANATION OF THE AIMS OF THE PROJECT.
• EVERY COUNTRY SHOWED A PRESENTATION ON THEIR COUNTRIES AND SCHOOL.
• SPAIN SHOWED ITS COMENIUS CORNER AT SCHOOL.
• WE SELECTED OUR COMENIUS LOGO BY VOTING. FINALLY, THE SPANISH LOGO WAS SELECTED. 
• WE DECIDED THE DATES OF THE ENGLAND (IN MARCH) AND TURKEY MOBILITIES (IN JUNE).
• IN DECEMBER, EVERY COUNTRY WILL SEND RECYCLED, HANDMADE, GREETING CARDS TO ALL THE PARTNERS.
• EACH MONTH WE WILL MAKE A RECYCLING MURAL FOR OUR SCHOOL, USING THINGS FROM OUR ENVIRONMENT SUCH AS: FLOWERS, LEAVES, NUTS, SAND.
• AT THE END OF THE PROJECT WE DISCUSSED RECORDING A SHORT VIDEO WITH OUR STUDENTS FOR THE World Environment Day the 5th of June, BUT WE HAVE TO THINK ABOUT THE SONG.
